1.Subject Matter of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by Goal Games on Goal Games internet sites, and on the games offered on different platforms.
Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy exclusively regulates how Goal Games treats your personal information. In case you make use of services provided by third parties, the Privacy Policy conditions of these third parties apply exclusively. Goal Games does not revise Privacy Policy conditions of third parties.

3.Collection of information
There are two types of information we may collect through your use of the Games/Websites:
''Personal Information" which is the type of information that can specifically be linked to you personally, such as your full name, gender, email address, user names (team name, manager name, etc.), location; and
Non-personal "Usage Data" which is anonymous data about your use of the Games/Websites that is tied to your computer and/or device through which you use the Games/Websites.
Registration:
When registering for a run at the Goal Games you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and choose a password.
In addition to that more voluntary information like Name, gender, location, age may be asked.
Depending on the game, a user, team or manager name is also requested (this can vary from game to game)
This data is stored by Goal Games, once the registration is completed. Please use as a user name (team name, manager name, etc.) that is not yours and it may not infringe rights of third parties and may also not offend common decency. Moreover no, e-mail or web address may be chosen as the team's name.
Using the Games/Websites:
Goal Games stores and processes your personal data for handling the closed game user contract and all related uses (e.g. use of the games, use support, etc.).
Goal Games may collect the following Usage Data when you make use of the Games/Websites: your computer's IP address, your mobile phone's unique device ID or other persistent identifiers, geolocation information, your device's software platform and firmware, the type of browser you use, the date and time of your use of our Games/Websites, the actions you take within the Games/Websites, your game progress, play time, score, level, leagues and other achievements.
Communication channels:
Goal Games will offer different ways to communicate with Goal Games or other players. Goal Games uses automatic filter systems to monitor communications so that they may not violate section 5 of the Goal Games User T&C.
Miscellaneous:
If you choose to make an in-game purchase or purchase through Goal Games Websites, We will collect your credit card information and other billing information.
If you choose to make use of any public forum, comment section, or chat function, We may collect any Personal Information you may disclose through such means.
If you choose to submit your Personal Information to us for any other reason in any other form, We will collect such Personal Information and use it for the purposes for which you submitted it.
4.Use of the Personal Information and Usage Data That We (Goal Games) Collect
We will use your Personal Information to provide you with any services or functionality you've requested or respond to any inquiries you've made.
We may also use your Personal Information in order to contact you to promote our Games/Websites, contests and any specials we may offer. This is done in coordination with the CAN-SPAM-Act.
We may also use your Personal Information when you have registered yourself in our Games via Facebook in order to contact you to promote our Games/Websites, contests and any specials we may offer. This is done in coordination with the Facebook policies.
In the event that We send you advertising or marketing materials, you will be provided with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such materials in the future.
You may also opt-out of receiving such materials at any time in accordance with the instructions provided in this Privacy Policy.
Usage Data may be used by Goal Games for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, security and other purposes.
Specifically, we may use your Usage Data to help us learn more about your gaming activities, personalize your content, compile statistics, respond to customer service inquiries, provide security and to otherwise enhance your gaming experience.
Usage Data may also be used to help us provide you advertising that better suits your interests.
5.Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If, however, you activate the Anonymize IP option on this website, Google will remove the end of your IP address so it only locates you as within the member states of the European Union or other members of the European Economic Area. 6.Disclosure of the Personal Information and Usage Data That We (Goal Games) Collect
As a matter of course Goal Games will not sell, rent or transfer your Personal Information to third parties, except as otherwise indicated herein.
Goal Games may disclose your Personal Information or other information collected if required by law or court order, if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct, to investigate and/or take action against illegal activity, suspected abuse or unauthorized use of the Websites/Games/forums etc., or to protect the property or safety of others.
In connection with any sale of our company or any line of business (including the assets relating thereto),
customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets, and such customer information (including your Personal Information) will be transferred or sold to the acquirer in the event of any such sale or disposition of any or all of our business. Of course, in this case your data is also subject to this privacy policy and the relevant data protection statutes.
7.Cookies
In connection with the foregoing collection of Personal Information and Usage Data, Goal Games also uses cookies (tiny text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive when you visit certain web pages that identify your computer and may store information about you) and other technologies to learn more about your preferences on our Websites/Games, so that we can improve our services and our Websites/Games. From this we may learn what web pages you visit and which various Websites/Games features are used. The foregoing Usage Data and cookies will not reveal your identity or be linked to you personally.
8.Web Beacons
Goal Games uses so-called web beacons (also called web bugs) as well as clear GIF‘s. A web beacon is an object that is embedded in a web page, which refers to a small image file. If the web page is called up with the embedded link, the small image file will be automatically requested by the link. Goal Games further uses web beacons to optimize the web page as well as advertising campaigns. In that particular case, page visits are recorded and logged.
9.Your Rights
Goal Games asks that you keep the Personal Information that you provide to us current and that you correct any information you have provided us by contacting us at privacy@goal-games.de.
If you wish to opt out of further communications from us, or if you wish to review, delete and/or revise the Personal Information we have stored about you, please contact us with your specific request at privacy@goal-games.de; Goal Games shall delete/change your data as soon as possible, provided, however, that we reserve the right to retain an archive of such Personal Information for a commercially reasonable time to ensure that its deletion does not affect the integrity of our data.
Goal Games will provide information on your personal data stored free of charge, electronically or in writing, if so requested.
10.Partnership and External sources
Goal Games Games/Websites may link to external sites beyond our control. This privacy policy covers only the way we treat the Personal Information and Usage Data we collect on our Games/Websites. By accessing any external sites, you are agreeing to the privacy policies of those sites. Please understand that the external sites may have different policies with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Therefore, you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third-party Websites/apps. Without limiting anything in the following section, we are not liable in any way for the actions, inactions or policies of any external Websites/Apps.
11.Security of your personal information
Goal Games process the data collected from you according to the German Data Protection Act. All employees are obliged and have been advised to maintain data confidentiality and privacy obligations.
12.Modification of Privacy Policy
Goal Games reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with applicable privacy policies. In such an event, Goal Games will send an email containing the revised terms and conditions, or a notification containing a link to where they can be viewed on the Website, a fortnight (14 days) before they come into effect. Goal Games may also send notice of the revisions using the Goal Games, in-game, messaging service. If a Player does not expressly object to the validity of the new Privacy Policy statement via E-mail within this fortnight
(14 days), then the newly revised Privacy Policy shall be considered agreed upon. If a Player rejects the newly revised Privacy Policy, then Goal Games may terminate his license agreement in accordance with Goal Games User T&C section 3.2.
